House Parent
We are seeking a House Parent to live in one of our furnished homes and provide for the emotional and social needs of children, from toddler-18 years old. Our beautiful 13-acre campus will provide a therapeutic environment for healing.
- Must love children.
- Childcare experience required.
- Responsible adult with potential to be a positive influence/role model for 6 foster children.
- Able to be firm and consistent in establishing boundaries and following procedures.
- Must be nurturing and active.
- Must be a reliable team player.
- Must be able to pass an extensive background check.
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record.
- Basic living expenses covered by company.
- Must stay overnight at the homes 3-4 nights per week. Schedule is as follows: Wednesday 11:00 am – Saturday 11:00 pm or Saturday 10:00 pm – Wednesday 1:00 pm.
- No Pets Allowed.
Salary starts at $29,000 per year. Health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, and much more are available.
Residential Clinical Coordinator
We are seeking a Residential Clinical Coordinator. Job Summary and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct screening and admission for all potential residents; initial clinical assessment/diagnosis & development of Treatment Plan in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team (i.e. ChildNet Case Worker, Resident, Direct Care Staff, and Life Skills Coach).
- Coordinate Clinical services - work collaboratively with Psychiatrist and secondary Therapist.
- Provide leadership in a Non-Supervisory role to Residential team on specific job-related tasks, and additional activities as directed by Program Director.
- Maintain clinical files and documentation on each resident within established periods.
- Provide individual/group/family psychotherapy/play therapy with assigned caseload.
- Responsible for completing all documents related to BHOS services.
- Responsible for Medicaid billing.
- Ensure compliance with service Contract and CQI outcomes.
- Provide oversight and staff training of Behavior Modification systems.
- Work collaboratively with the Residential Supervisor, Life Skills Coaches, Team Leads, and House Parents and conduct monthly case staffings on each resident.
- Coordinate and train interns.
- Participate in weekly supervision with Program Director
- Participate in ChildNet staffing as required for each resident, and make clinical recommendations as needed.
- Work closely with Child Advocate monthly and coordinate discharge needs for each resident, beginning at intake.
- Coordinate and act as liaison with external therapists for residents requiring specialized services, such as for substance abuse and sexual abuse issues.
- Participate in monthly ERC and staff meetings.
- Adhere to and update program policy and procedures as delineated in Policy and Procedures Manual.
- Participate in trainings, conferences and seminars as requested by the Director.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director/Supervisor.
The aforementioned list of responsibilities is not all-inclusive, and is subject to change, based on the needs of the agency and Residents of the program.
Qualifications:
LMHC; LMFT; or LCSW required. Preferred experience working with children and teens with history of trauma and abuse. Knowledge of BHOS/Medicaid. Evening schedule Monday-Thursday 1-9pm, Friday flexible 8 hr. shift. A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to set and maintain boundaries
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards others; culturally sensitive
- Respect diversity among various cultures
- Ability to work as a team member
Salary range begins at $35,000, based on experience
